About Page Animal Wellness

The Role:
-Practice comprehensive small animal general medicine and surgery
-Manage cases with autonomy while having mentorship available when you want it
-Build thoughtful treatment plans tailored to each patient and client
-Work with a skilled, respectful technical team
-Maintain accurate records and high medical standards
-Participate in the long term direction of the practice (including ownership potential)
-This role allows you to be a doctor first, not a production unit.

-DVM or equivalent (new grads and experienced veterinarians welcome)
-Eligible for Arizona licensure
-Values ethical, evidence based medicine
-Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
-Interested in long term stability and practice ownership (optional, not required)
Compensation & Benefits
$150,000–$180,000 base salary

Close to obtaining or has obtained a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine
